• Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details.
• Sharing: Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each subscription is for a single individual user only. We monitor concurrent login sessions and may suspend accounts suspected of credential sharing.

Market data provided on StocksWatcher (including prices, volume, and indicators) is sourced from third-party exchanges and providers. While we strive for accuracy:

• Data may be delayed as per exchange regulations (typically 15 minutes for free tiers).
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or scrape our data for commercial purposes without an explicit Enterprise API agreement.

Premium services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital data and immediate access to proprietary indicators, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems (bots, spiders) to access the Service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary indicators or algorithms.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of local securities laws.
• Harass other users in community forums or comment sections.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
