Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of digital data, all subscription payments are non-refundable.
Cancel Anytime
Turn off auto-renewal instantly. You keep access until the current cycle ends.
Secure Processing
All refunds for technical errors are processed via Razorpay to the original method.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your Account Settings > Billing page.
- Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops the next auto-renewal charge. It does not immediately trigger a refund for the current period.
- Access Continuation: After canceling, you will retain access to your plan (Basic, Starter, Premium, or Advisor) features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- Example: If you are billed on the 1st of the month and cancel on the 10th, you will have access until the 30th/31st. No further charges will be made.
2. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable.
Unlike physical goods, digital data and insights cannot be "returned." Once you subscribe, you have immediate access to our full historical data and indicators.
- If you were charged multiple times for the same billing cycle due to a technical error.
- If a charge was processed after you received a cancellation confirmation email.
3. Plan Changes (Proration Logic)
Upgrading Plan
(e.g., Moving from Starter to Premium)
- Immediate Effect: You get access to new features instantly.
- Pro-rata Charge: You will be charged the difference in price for the remaining days of your current billing cycle.
- Next month, you will be charged the full new plan amount.
Downgrading Plan
(e.g., Moving from Premium to Starter)
- Next Cycle Effect: Your current higher-tier benefits continue until the end of your current billing period.
- No Partial Refund: We do not refund the difference for the unused portion of the higher plan.
- The new lower rate is charged on your next billing date.
4. Refund Processing Time (Razorpay)
Once a refund is approved by our support team (for technical errors only), it is initiated instantly via the Razorpay Payment Gateway.
*Timeline depends on your issuing bank. StocksWatcher provides a Refund Reference ID (RRN) for tracking.
